KLAS Las Vegas reported that Stephanie Fragoso was putting on lip balm at a red light on Wednesday morning when she was pulled over by Nevada Highway Patrol. When Fragoso asked why she’d been pulled over, the officer responded it was because she was putting on makeup. She told him it was chapstick, thinking it was some sort of April Fools Day prank. When she got the $200 ticket, she realized it wasn’t.
